Take the order. Fire the KOT. Settle the bill.

InnPro Resto runs dine-in and takeaway service on Android phones. Waiters order at the table, the kitchen gets its tickets, and GST bills print at the counter. A Hub device inside your restaurant keeps it all running over Wi-Fi, even when the internet is down.

  • Android phones and tablets
  • GST bills, UPI and room charge
  • Works without internet
  • Connected to InnPro Hotel

One table, from the first order to day close

Every person on shift works on the same order, live, from their own phone or tablet.

  1. Manager

    Open the slot

Start breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu, prices and tables are ready.

  2. Waiter

    Take the order

Pick the table, note covers, find dishes by name or short code, and add notes like “less spicy”.

  3. Waiter

    Fire the KOT

Each station gets only its own items. Dishes added later go out as a new round.

  4. Kitchen

    Cook and bump

Accept the ticket, mark dishes ready and bump it when it leaves the pass.

  5. Cashier

    Bill and settle

Split or merge the bill, apply GST and take cash, UPI, card or room charge.

  6. Manager

    Close the day

Count the cash, print the Z-report, and back up and sync to the cloud.

A screen for everyone on shift

Staff sign in with a short user code and PIN. What they see depends on their role, and one person can hold more than one.

Order at the table, not at the counter

Waiters and captains take orders, send them to the kitchen and follow each table until the bill.

Android phone
  • Table map for every floor and section, showing who is seated, waiting or ready to pay
  • Fast search by dish name or short code
  • Half and full, add-ons and combos, plus a note on any line
  • Rounds: items added later go out as a new KOT
  • Move, merge or split tables mid-meal
  • Sold-out dishes disappear from the menu within seconds
  • Takeaway orders with a daily token number and pickup time
  • Telugu or English on the order screens

Send orders to the kitchen your way

Choose a mode for each station. Keep the tandoor on paper and give the main kitchen a screen. You can switch later without moving any data.

Printed KOT

A thermal printer at each station prints its tickets, on 80 mm or 58 mm paper, over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB.

Kitchen display

Tickets appear on a kitchen tablet within about two seconds. Colour shows how long each one has waited.

  • under 10 min
  • 10 to 20 min
  • over 20 min

Paper slip

No printer yet? The waiter’s phone shows the order in large text to copy onto a slip, and billing still works.

A single order can go to several stations at once, and each station gets only its own items in its own mode.

InnPro Hub Device, printer and sync console

One device in your restaurant runs the service

Install InnPro Hub on an Android phone or tablet at the counter. Staff phones, kitchen tablets and printers connect to it over your Wi-Fi. It keeps orders, KOTs, bills and payments on the premises and sends them to the cloud when it can.

Internet connection

Online. Orders sync to the cloud every hour, and right away when a slot or the day is closed.

Works without internet
If the internet drops but Wi-Fi is up, service carries on as usual. Sync and room-charge postings wait in a queue that survives a restart.
If Wi-Fi goes down too
The Hub device can still bill on its own with a USB or Bluetooth printer. Waiters switch to paper slips and enter them later.
Printing from one place
KOTs and bills print from the Hub, not from staff phones, over the network, Bluetooth or USB. A queue retries and warns you when a printer is offline.
Only your devices get in
Phones join by scanning a QR code at the Hub that expires in two minutes, plus a manager PIN. Each device is limited to its role, so a kitchen tablet can only show the kitchen display.
Backed up every day
The Hub backs up to the cloud daily. A replacement device restores from the backup and continues the same invoice numbers.
What you need
An Android phone or tablet for the Hub, which can be the cashier’s own phone in a small restaurant. Staff use Android phones, and printers are optional. Updates install after day close, never mid-service.

GST bills your accountant will accept

Tax, rounding and invoice numbers are worked out in one place, so the waiter, the cashier and the owner all see the same figure.

  • CGST and SGST, or IGST, with HSN/SAC codes on each item
  • Your GSTIN and FSSAI number on every invoice, plus the customer’s GSTIN for B2B
  • Invoice numbers run in order and restart each financial year
  • Mistakes are corrected with a credit note, never by editing the bill
  • Service charge shown as voluntary, as Indian guidelines require
  • Packaging charge on takeaway orders
  • Rounded to the rupee on every bill
  • Print on 80 mm or 58 mm paper, or share a PDF on WhatsApp
  • Cash
  • UPI QR
  • Card
  • Wallet
  • Room charge
  • Split across methods

Restaurant bills go straight to the guest’s room

InnPro Resto is built to work with InnPro Hotel Management. Your restaurant and front desk share the same guests. A guest can eat tonight and settle everything at checkout, and nobody has to carry a paper chit to reception.
