The software products and services provided by InnPro Software Solutions, including but not limited to the Hotel Management System, Laundry Management System, and VenuePro Event Hall Management System (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), are governed by these terms. By accessing any of our products, users agree to comply with all stated provisions.

2. Service Description

The Platform functions as a suite of cloud-based digital applications enabling businesses and their authorized staff to manage operations, guest interactions, bookings, orders, scheduling, and other operational tasks. It serves exclusively as an information exchange and management medium.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients (hotels, laundries, event venues, and their operators) bear complete accountability for all information entered or shared through the system. Specifically:

• The company disclaims liability for communications between clients and their customers.
• Clients must ensure compliance with applicable laws and privacy standards.
• Clients must secure login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
• The Platform processes data as provided without modification or verification.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

The company processes information solely to enable core functionality. Customer data is not shared with third parties except when legally required. While security measures are implemented, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Clients must obtain appropriate consent for data collection from their end users.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The company bears no responsibility for:

• Staff actions or decisions made using the Platform.
• Misuse of the Platform by authorized or unauthorized users.
• Unauthorized access resulting from client negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond the company's control.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, source code, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of InnPro Software Solutions. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business operations only.

7. Termination

The company may suspend or terminate access to any of its products for policy violations, unlawful activity, or non-payment of applicable fees. Upon termination, clients must cease all use of the Platform immediately.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Application Use and Fraud Prevention

The Platform supports legitimate business operations only. Administrators have full rights to manage their data within the system. The responsibility for data accuracy and deletion rests with the client. Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

11. Company Devices and Software

Where company-owned IoT devices, hardware, or software are provided as part of the service:

• Devices and software cannot be altered, reverse-engineered, or tampered with.
• Faulty or malfunctioning equipment must be reported and returned immediately.
• Violations of this section may result in termination of service and legal action.
